7 Point Sirloin/ Mushroom Dinner

Take a 4 ounce sirloin trimmed of all fat. Cook in 1 tsp of virgin olive oil that is very hot. Sizzle and sear till desired color of center. I like medium rare myself. :) Then in I can't believe it's butter spray saute your portebella mushrooms, add some steamed brocolli and brown rice, and Wah'la another favorite of mine that makes me feel like I am cheating, Yet I am just eatting healthy!!!
